You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped you can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

Please note : Baybee Manual Breast pump, Electric Breast Pump, Feeding bottles, Sippers, Spout cups, Nibblers, Feeding Spoons, Potty Seats are non returnable products due to hygiene clause. Once your return Request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
