They can be used to make almond milk, juice flavorings, smoothies, almond oil, almond paste, flour, and butter. A handful of almonds can satisfy your hunger while also providing your body with enough calories and easily digestible carbohydrates. Antioxidants protect you from oxidative stress, slow down the aging process, and shield your skin from sunburn, strokes, and harmful ultraviolet rays. It improves memory and strengthens bones and muscle development.
